I told myself I earned it, both are good investments. XX years later, I sold both. The Richard Mille went for $1.25M at Christie’s. Not bad. The Lambo? $350K. Down XX% after a decade. If I had put that same $1.5M into multifamily real estate? It’d be worth over $5M today. And it’d be spitting out at least $300K in cash flow every year. Even if I had just parked it in the S&P 500, I’d have $4.85M by now. Here’s what I learned: • You don’t need to be perfect with your money.
