In a 2025 #Grammy preview, @HITSDD notes that ROSÉ, JENNIE, LISA or JISOO will likely not qualify as nominees in Best New Artist because its "rules stipulates that once an artist has achieved 'prominence' with a group, that artist become ineligible for a nom in this category"
