Generally probably true. 

I think it’s a nature vs. nurture argument. 

I’m a child of bera and that naturally made me a bit risk adverse but I’ve had a different experience than that general framework. 

I learned during the ETH merge rally that I had zero clue how to bid strength or trade trends. 

I was taking 2r shorts and missing 30r longs on CHZ and ETC. 

Lead me to seeking education from Pierre a few months later. 

Education from XO on accumulation ranges helped me navigate spot pickups. 

Education from Magus helped me trade intraday. 

The surroundings in which you build your foundation definitely has an impact, but I think seeking the correct education and applying it correctly through reps carries much more weight. 

Essentially, you don’t have to be a slave to the environment you were born into.
