Esther Obigbesan, who is visually impaired, paid £489 to see Beyoncé in Club Ho-Down at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - her first concert alone.

Despite planning for her safety, @SpursStadium staff refused her access to the pitch with her walking aid. She was forced to watch from a different seat.
