Dormant TVL, TVS, marketshare of asset isuance, blah blah, none of that creates yield/value accrual for ETH holders/stakers.

Assets need to be moving and active on your chain to benefit token holders. Depositing a billion USDC into Aave that moves once a year doesn't help ETH beyond Mother Goose story time.
