@HoldenWalker99 To expand on that, Fannie's adjusted total assets were $4.462T on 3/3025. X% of that is $134B, and available CET1 capital was -$52B.

That's a $186B shortfall, of which SPS writedown/conversion only makes up $121B.

Fannie alone would have to raise $65B!
