The most recent update is that Genius Group is acquiring all of ERL’s revenue-generating assets and, once everything is finalized, ERL shareholders—including those who got ERL shares from the GNS spinoff—will be eligible to exchange each ERL share for X GNS shares. 

An Extraordinary General Meeting for ERL shareholders is scheduled for July 30, 2025, to approve the deal, and after that, Genius Group will share the exact process and timeline for the share exchange—so if you’re holding those old ERL shares (even if you never claimed them after the spinoff), you should get GNS shares once it all wraps up.
