I asked a question during today’s **CoinGeek Weekly Livestream** about **MCC 5815** and it's clear this topic is unfamiliar.

So here’s why this matters — and why we can’t afford to ignore it any longer 👇

MCC = **Merchant Category Code** — it's how banks classify payment types.

This triggers **bank flags**, failed card transactions, and general distrust from financial institutions. It’s one of the biggest hidden friction points preventing normies and real-world users from entering the BSV ecosystem.

Used by platforms like Roblox and gaming apps, this code allows for smooth, compliant on-ramps — especially if:

* It remains in a **closed-loop** system (think spending tokens within a specific app or platform)
