The US Constitution defines treason in Art. III, Sec, X as "levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Barack Obama was born 1961.  The US hasn't been at war since 1945 and has had no Enemies since Germany, Italy and Japan in WW II.
