After visiting Rome, I notice, we don't do thing much differently than 2000 years ago, even though we perceive ourselves as smarter. we are not, technology is. if anything we are a lot more "dumbed" down and less work intensive I would say.

Don't get over confident. Stay humble.

yes we can learn on the discoveries of the past OR (past trends in the stock market) but that is ONLY if you take the time to educate yourself and look back at the knowledge known then. Then turn around and look at WHY things worked out the way they did. Past is not always a predictor of the future.

I have been proper churning on this over the last week and it really makes me think we are UNDERVALUING some of the companies we invest in because we cannot predict the technology or changes that are occurring as we speak.

on the flip side, we also get false sense of confidence some times when certain stocks rally and put OVERVALUATIONS on them.

Just be carful. don't value a company because of an x post but think of what may occur, why this could occur and develop. technology only ever changes when there's pressure or a massive problem put on the current tech. if not there is no fuel to the fire.

With Archer and Joby I can share my thoughts. Sometimes lets accept they have done well in the past. we can predict where they are going but take one minute and think.

Lets go with a white sheet. close your eyes and forget about the past for a minute.

With Archer aviation and Joby aviation, there could be a massive congestion problem on roads if full self driving rolls out how tesla expects because the roads will be full of these. Where else is there to go but the air?

That is not looking at past trends.

Thanks for listening to my rant guys.
