Yes. Low rates allowed a lot of Shenanigans and market manipulations.

You don't get Blackrock, State Street, & Vanguard controlling $XX Trillion in assets  without low rates. 

You don't get a Rivian IPO at $XXX Billion (Lmfao they sold 1000 cars that year) without low rates and market manipulations.

I would love to know how much of that stock was parked by hedgefunds in public employee pension funds with returns guaranteed by taxpayers
