For a caffeine token, I’m less concerned about how it is monetized and more concerned if it is going to be a governance token.

Caffeine is an extremely important component to ICP, I’d like the vast majority (if not all) of the VP to be in the hands of professionals.

In the space the other night @Spider_ICP brought up a consortium style of governance similar the Hedera Council. For something as important as caffeine I like that idea.
