When I made the decision to leave Kenya nearly six years ago, I had no shortage of unsolicited advice  from people predicting how I’d struggle to manage my salary abroad to others warning me about the weather. Today, here we are and some of those same voices, now in their 40s and 50s, are actively exploring how they can follow the same path. The lesson? In life, trust your own vision.
