After her return from Kenya’s Aga-Khan hospital where she been hospitalized for months, Kampala Woman MP, Shamim Malende shares her take on how the NUP party can best choose its flag bearers for various elective positions ahead of 2026 elections. 

Malende, through her supporters was nomimated to retain the NUP flag for Kampala woman MP, a race she is battling with other party members, including KCCA Speaker, Zahra Luyirika.
