If Trump 

X. intends nothing to be done

X. is telling his team at DOJ/FBI to do nothing

or even  

X. passively sitting on his ass WATCHING his DOJ/FBI teams doing nothing

...while saying stuff like this on camera, live, from the White House? 

If he's just, like, I don't know, f**king with everybody by saying this with no intention to follow through? 

Then he is really, REALLY not helping himself.
