In the company of my Spouse Pastor, we paid a courtesy call on the Dracut Town Manager Ms. Kate Hodge at Dracut Town Hall this morning.

Ms. Hodge, the Chief Admnistaritve Officer and the senior official overseeing the Dracut Police Department, Fire Department, Dracut Public Schools, Health Services, and Environmental Maintenance.

The lessons of the success of devolved functions to local entities like Towns and Cities by the States in the USA are lessons Kenya should learn towards the success of devolution.
