How is this MLA allowed to use a Siren? This is a blatant violation of rules set by the Supreme Court and Blue Book. I see that in Telangana, even a corporator is given a police escort. Where in the Blue Book is this privilege allowed? Many private vehicles in Hyderabad and Secundrabad use sirens. Why are the sirens not removed from these vehicles?
