Below is everything we can share at this stage. What happened - Date / time: XX July 2025 - Vector: A hardware wallet containing treasury assets was breached (root‑cause under investigation). - Impact: XXX addresses were drained of ETH, USDT and YIELD tokens. - Attacker addresses: Proceeds were routed through 0xCDb4127544e544373FD786Bb7C9e7908ec6eE7Ee and subsequently forwarded to Binance. Immediate response X. Exchange escalation – Case ID #145004330 opened with Binance, which has confirmed the destination account is fully KYC‑verified. X. Forensics – SlowMist is performing a deep‑dive analysis of on‑chain activity and the compromised device. X. Law‑enforcement – A formal complaint has been filed with the FBI (New York field office) We are alread in direct communication with agents. Our counsel is coordinating to obtain the KYC records associated with the Binance account that we confirmed already exist. X. Asset monitoring – All known attacker wallets and exchange deposit addresses have been flagged with the major compliance providers. Call to the attacker Return all stolen assets or contact us within XX hours of this notice. Failure to do so will trigger full civil and criminal pursuit in the United States and any cooperating jurisdictions.
