HOES - Honorary Onchain Essential Service is creating a Strategic Reserve Vault to support builders, community members, and products throughout the space. 
The vault will be purchasing NFTs, and tokens throughout web3 to hold as a strategic reserve to promote and preserve this Culture Token for a long lasting sustainable journey in this space.
