these are the things you needed to work on to sell a house

- remove property taxes
- remove PMI - people shouldnt shoulder the insurance of the lender. They are making money on interest and should insure themselves 
- no capital gains taxes 

This will reduce the monthly mortgage payment long term if the inflated price of the house will not come down
