Shame.  

I lived in rural area.  Not city, maybe that was the difference.  

On the weekends we would load into the jacked up chevy Nova SS, cruise up and down main street 10, XX cars round and round we would go, ten or more cars,the X track loaded with the Beach Boys, the Beatles blaring. 

Today cruising is sitting in a parking lot, the same music playing, gray haired guys from that generation remembering.
