Right now, the new Fantastic Four movie is debuting at XX% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is actually a bit higher than the most recent numbers for James Gunn’s Superman, which debuted around 86%—although Superman's score has shifted between XX% and XX% as more reviews came in. 

So for the moment, Fantastic Four has a slight edge on Rotten Tomatoes compared to the latest Superman, making it one of the best-reviewed superhero debuts of the year.
