A 3D-printed robotic hand for under $200? 🤯

@huggingface just made it real.

They’ve open-sourced the Amazing Hand, a lightweight, fully 3D-printable robotic hand with X degrees of freedom, no cables, and a build cost under €200.

Each of its four fingers is powered by two hobby servos, enabling both flexion/extension and abduction/adduction — mimicking key motions of the human hand.

The design uses rigid “bones” with soft TPU shells, making it both sturdy and safe for handling real-world objects.

Thanks to open-source CAD files, it’s easily adaptable for any setup.

Need fingertip sensors? A fifth finger? Custom hand proportions? Everything’s on GitHub, ready to hack and remix.
