I know Red-40 is technically not banned in Europe and is labeled as E-129 - but wouldn't you say it's misleading to suggest it's the same situation as in the USA?  Doesn't Europe limit the amount that can be used significantly more than the USA, require warning labels for children, and haven't a vast majority of products moved away from this dye and to natural alternatives for these reasons?

Aaron says its just ultra processed foods and that the dyes aren't problematic or dangerous... so why does Europe require a warning label for health impacts to children from the dyes?
