According to the US Attorney’s office, Leslie leaked information about the identities of witnesses and the substance of their testimonies between August 2022 and March 2024. The Feds began investigating Leslie as early as 2024, obtaining at least five separate search warrants related to the case against her. Leslie’s plea agreement includes two years of probation, a very small fine of $100, and no prison time. Such an extremely lenient sentence agreement for felony contempt of court is almost unheard of … except in cases where the defendant has agreed to fully cooperate with a larger investigation into other subjects and targets. Given the scant details from the Feds about to whom Leslie leaked the Karen Read grand jury info and how those secret materials were used, it’s probably safe to assume that the Feds are looking very closely at the main players in the state trial against Karen Read and the major commentators and journalists who promoted a groundswell of public support both for and against Read. Safe to say, this story isn’t over yet. XXXXXX engagements **Related Topics** [leslie](/topic/leslie) [dag](/topic/dag) [Post Link](https://x.com/Lamplighter1630/status/1947688737590190530)
