Elon Musk’s xAI is back in the market for another $12B, aiming to snap up more Nvidia ( $NVDA ) chips for a massive data center build. The company recently raised $10B and is now leaning on Valor Equity to lead a chip-backed debt raise as it ramps up spending to $13B in 2025.
