So @GSerbin_25 blocked me because he doesn't like the fact that I'm explaining a rule ... I didn't make the rule, I didn't enforce the rule ... I'm explaining the rule. So, very mature there.

Regardless of blocking me, I can reply here and I know he will see it because that's how people work.

What the UMPIRE is saying ... NOT ME ... is that the obstruction impeded the opportunity to be safe.  Duran might have still been out, but the obstruction was such that it didn't allow him the opportunity to be safe. He's out by a mile because he was obstructed.

When that happens, there is no error assigned, by rule.
