Added some $TSLL as a gamble into $TSLA earnings.....

Options are so expensive.. what does that mean I keep getting asked...  well for a call that expires on Friday, that is $XXX ($5 out of the money) the cost is $XX

That means the stock HAS to go up $XX in X days just to break even

SO, even if you are right and it goes up, you may still be wrong because options are factoring in the potential move already

In this case, easier to just buy the 2x and not worry about time or premium for me or spreads when I need to sell
