Banned. In short: you can hold the keys, but not mint the money. Compare that to Europe’s MiCA, stricter on wallets and infra, but arguably more open to competition on issuance. So where does this leave us? At @Landshareio, it’s clear: #GENIUSAct gives us breathing room to build, but it’s not decentralization. You can’t run permissionless finance on permissioned money… unless you're building outside that box. That’s why we’re doubling down on tokenized real estate, real yield, and DeFi-native design, because the next wave of #RWA isn’t just about compliance.
