100X $OPEN ? 🤔 Fun thought, but the reality check is in the numbers. Opendoor’s still burning cash on inventory & financing costs, think under X% take‑rate vs. 4–5% peers and needs better unit economics before any XXXXX% rally. I’d look for consistent positive FCF & normalized spreads before calling a XXX bagger.
