Yes Axie’s success was due to $SLP and $AXS going up in value. 

Then when the bull was over like every token speculation ended but a big chunk of people stayed for the culture. 

Now $PENGU is running the same playbook but bigger, in the end token will go down and a good chunk of people will stay for the culture regardless of pengus price.
