NEW: Azerbaijan Arrests Wagner Fighters as War Criminals 

Azerbaijan has arrested and charged former Wagner mercenaries for crimes committed in Ukraine. 

The arrested — Ramil Aliyev and Ismayil Hasanov — served time in Russian prisons before joining Wagner’s Project-K pipeline to fight in Ukraine. They now face charges under Azerbaijan’s laws against mercenary and terrorist activities.
