Zoning on tariffs is focusing on the noise and ignoring the signal

We can't keep letting jobs and technical know how keep getting shipped overseas

Also we shouldn't be actively doing business with regimes that don't share our values 

Even the notion you have on free markets was not exactly what Adam Smith conveyed

Labor is bounded and therefore jurisdiction of markets have to be protected
