Unifying the rate and moving to open convertibility. The report from the IMF gave the greenlight for Article XIV (transitional agreements) completion. That leads to open convertibility (Article VIII). IMO, we could see that by the end of the year. That doesn't bring about a rate change though. I see that unfolding into 2026.
