The worst part of this story is that after he rugged from $190M down to $3M, he tweeted again: "I can run it back."

• The token pumped from $3M to around $13M
• He rugged again instantly
These guys can repeat this cycle multiple times per week and still find buyers.

Each time, it grows their audience and increases the pool of potential new victims.

There is literally no downside. I cannot think of a solution to stop this behavior because it is highly incentivized by everything.
