First, lets note his awards from the CIA, FBI, DNI. 

Quick note "Precious Metals Spoofing". Market is controlled by an Algorithm. All of these cases are corrupt non-sense.

If they actually cared about market manipulation they would prosecute the Rothschilds, Federal Reserve and may be Palantir/CIA.
