Not all ceramic pans are safe.

Most are just aluminum with a ceramic coating  and once that wears off, you’re cooking on a neurotoxin.

Some glazes even contain lead or cadmium.

“Non-toxic” means nothing without testing.

Stick to:
- Solid ceramic 
- Cast iron
- Stainless steel
- Glass
