Bruce Willis' dementia has advanced significantly. 

At age 70, Willis can reportedly no longer speak, read, or walk, and he requires constant care. 

These heartbreaking developments stem from how FTD attacks brain areas controlling language, movement, and behavior. 

His family reports that he is unable to communicate or recognize written words, and he does not remember much of his past career.
