@JonCThought @SawyerMerritt No they won't. 
Right now most dealers selling used EVs are including the tax credit in the listed price. McCabe in Long Beach has indicated and X others in Garden Grove and Irvine that the listed prices will drop $4k Oct 1st. 
Many don't realize used EVs inflated for credit
