Another murderer to be released post his 2017 conviction for murdering X YO Etan Patz (if not retried). Etan's killer confessed many times, by the way. 

So what happened. The jury asked the judge during trial if they needed to disregard the confession his killer made pre-Miranda warning. 

The judge screwed up and said no. 

Good lord, how was his killer not given his Miranda warnings by LE pre-interview?

His killer confessed multiple times, and all but X confession was admissible.

So here we go.

Hopefully, they retry Pedro Hernandez.  If not, we will have a child killer on the loose.  And, just for the record, he had other issues with purportedly sexually assaulting a relative before he murdered Etan. 

He lured Etan into his basement with the promise of a soda.
