GOAT Network: A zkMIPS-Enabled, EVM-Compatible Bitcoin Layer X with Native Verification and Decentralized Sequencing

GOAT Network is a Bitcoin Layer X protocol that leverages zkMIPS, BitVM2, and a permissionless decentralized sequencer protocol to achieve secure, scalable, and EVM-compatible smart contract execution.
