BAIL HEARING DISTRESS … Malakia Elindi's wife, Lydia Elindi, testifies that she will be able to afford N$5 XXX for bail, and that her children are on the verge of being expelled from their school. Lydia claims the police officers who arrested her were too harsh and hastily arrested her. She also claims that during her arrest her cellphone was confiscated along with her passport and cellphone pin all without a search warrant. In attendance at her testimony was former National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) supply and logistics manager Cornelius ’Cedric’ Willemse, former Enercon Peter Elindi and former Namcor managing director Imms Mulunga.
