First, let’s define LTV

Loan-to-Value (LTV) = Loan Amount ÷ Collateral Value

It determines how much you can borrow and is mostly used in loan transactions

Example:
You deposit $100K in BTC and borrow $50K
→ LTV = XX%

The higher the LTV, the closer you are to liquidation
