@SFarringtonBKC Smith was CEO of EQX before merger, Hall came from Calibre side of merger.  Normal situation, no room for both, Smith willingly stepping aside to allow Darren Hall bring his execution and operation strengths to fix the problems in combined entity. All positive, nothing negative.
