Someone could make that deduction after seeing a video of an OCD woman who is probably a professional interior architect showing off her company model home that her family lives in OR you could also use some inductive reasoning and gather more info.

For example - Snap Fitness where I live in South Pasadena California has no lockers. It has cubby holes. People leave thier wallets and watches in the cubby holes while we all work out.

The police around here respond to crime and criminals get arrested. A LOT of wealthy people who LOVE to whine and complain and be victims talk about a “low trust society” and a lot of con men grifters like to spread “low trust” rhetoric too, because it puts conscientious people in a panic mode to be taken advantage of and it enables scoundrels to have a social excuse to act up.

I don’t live in a low trust society. Do you?

Others around me where I live make it high trust. And wherever I go, even in tough areas - I stay sensible and don’t put myself in overly risky situations and I *personally* enforce a high trust society in the interactions I have with the world. “Trust and verify” - don’t go around expecting people to lie. Expect the truth, speak the truth and have consequences.

Do YOU feel you personally live in a low trust society? Or do you just like saying something you think sounds “edgy” and cool?

The real solution for America is not somehow to say that we live in a low trust society. Then what? Start acting like America is the third world? I don’t want that. I’ve lived and worked in the third world and America isn’t it. But college elites who SHOULD show leadership saying “low trust society” might self-fulfilling take us there.

Building/maintaining systems of trust - teaching children to be honest and look out for others - this makes America great - always has.
