Yes, the XRP Ledger continued running. So does every blockchain. That’s basic uptime, not proof of decentralization.
Ethereum kept running when the SEC came after ConsenSys. Bitcoin kept running when China banned mining. That’s not unique.

You clearly don't get what decentralization means. This is a waste of time.
