I'm keeping up with this era with the points I earned on the Anoma Testnet, and at the time, I was actually participating in the mindset of a network. We're currently in the early stages; everything will be a bit different on the Anoma Testnet. The importance of our work will become clear once nodes, pools, intent types, and connectivity to the internet and other L2 networks (arbitrum, optimism, starknet, solana, base, zk, etc.) are implemented. In Anoma's architecture, there are no orderbooks, no AMMs, no buy and sell orders. You tell the system what you want to do, and it automatically matches you with the right response. In short, it's intention based matching (you say you want to pay $X USDC and get XXXXX BTC, and the system matches you) Anomatestnet isn't a testbed, it's a true intention laboratory. It's about pedaling and pumping energy into the chain, spinning the wheels to balance the chain's economic cycle, and translating all these activities into on chain semantic intentions. In other words, you're playing while also secretly testing privacy preserving coordination. I don't want chains that say Layer anymore. I want chains that understand me. That's where Anoma stands.
