Stablecoins will probably be the bridge between blockchain and how people will transact and own real estate.

While utility tokens might offer specificity for certain ecosystems, I believe, the broader adoption must default to stablecoins.

We just need to learn to see stablecoins as more than payment mechanisms but programmable finance.
