The ruling is judicial overreach at its worst—unelected judges blocking transparency measures designed to protect taxpayers. Remember when the Supreme Court blocked the USAID freeze, enabling billions in foreign handouts? This database takedown was about exposing waste, not hiding it.

Transparency should mean auditing reckless spending, not letting bureaucrats hide behind “public disclosure” laws that funnel cash to globalist projects. If Congress really cared about accountability, they’d pass a bill requiring real-time tracking of every dollar sent overseas instead of weaponizing courts to protect their slush funds.
