Raising guidance from 11.2b in rev to 12.2bil in revenue for 2025 is a much bigger deal than having a temporary increase of MLR from XX% to 87%. The latter can drop down with a couple quarters of efficiency. Revenue growth is sticky and will continue benefitting the company $OSCR
